Laura Taylor is a Pacific Northwest intellectual property litigator. She focuses her practice on helping clients involved in patent, trademark, copyright trade secret and other complex business disputes. In addition to representing clients in court, she has experience representing clients before the Trademark Trials and Appeals Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center. She has represented clients across a broad range of industries including music, software, merchandising, electronics, food manufacturing, alternative energy and e-commerce.
