Commercial Litigation Attorney

Our Portland office is seeking an attorney with at least 2 years' experience handling complex commercial litigation matters who is looking for a new opportunity to join a well-respected firm that offers a congenial, collaborative and stable work environment.

This position would handle case management responsibilities in the areas of breach of contract, corporate finance and securities, professional liability E&O, D&O, and commercial disputes. 

All applicants must be admitted to practice in Oregon.

While you would join our firm working fully remotely while health safety orders remain in effect, we would accommodate working from home on a part-time basis after our physical office reopens. Our goal is to ensure that the onboarding experience is seamless and that new attorneys are able to collaborate quickly and easily with colleagues while working from home.
