Litigation Paralegal

Job Description

Our Portland office has a full-time opening for a highly motivated litigation paralegal.



Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal and performing case and fact manager functions primarily in the casualty practice area. Responsibilities include document review and organization, assessing evidence, and document database management. Must have experience analyzing and summarizing medical records, preparing subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, conducting background and fact investigations and assisting attorneys in both state and federal court trials. The ideal candidate will have experience with with Litigation Support programs such as CourtTrax, Relativity, Westlaw, Eclipse, Sanction and Trial Pad.   


The position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, follow through, and strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent client service orientation, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to remain focused in the midst of dueling priorities are also essential to the position.
