Holly Brauchli is a civil litigator who defends clients in products liability, medical device, malpractice, and general liability cases. She is comfortable litigating in a variety of jurisdictional and procedural contexts including but not limited to civil and criminal arenas; federal, state, and tribal courts; and arbitration, trial, and class action forums. She is licensed and has practical experience in California, Washington, and Oregon.
Bryana handles complex first and third party insurance coverage matters including extra-contractual bad faith claims, property loss, directors and officers (D&O), professional negligence, product defect, and crime coverage. She is actively involved in the Defense Research Institute (DRI), including serving as an Editor-in-Chief for The Voice, the Vice-Chair of the Insurance Law Committee's Directors and Officers Substantive Law Group.
Dan has represented and advised primary and excess insurers, and reinsurers in disputes involving property and various forms of liability insurance. Dan's defense experience further extends to representing insurers in coverage disputes involving life, disability, and accidental death policies. He has defended insurers in numerous lawsuits that involve claims of bad faith and extra-contractual liability.
