Steve Cook's practice focuses on intellectual property, contracting, mergers and acquisitions, and overall business law advice as "outside general counsel" to a variety of businesses and individuals.

Shauna Correia is a senior associate based primarily in the Sacramento office. She is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation group. Shauna's litigation and dispute resolution practice includes business disputes, trade secrets, unfair competition, creditors' rights, products liability, construction and tort litigation.

Stephen Deatherage's practice focuses principally on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, as well as representation of clients before federal and state environmental regulators.

Taylor Florence has more than 20 years of experience representing businesses in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation. As a trial attorney, Taylor has handled litigation in the areas of software development, telecommunications, employee benefits, creditors' rights, securities claims, and environmental issues, including the defense of clients in CERCLA lawsuits. In addition to his legal practice, Taylor serves as Chairman of Bullivant's Board of Directors. Prior to his Board involvement, Taylor served as Shareholder-In-Charge of the firm's Sacramento office for 12 years.

Dan McNeil's practice focuses on commercial litigation matters including contract and business tort related claims; UCC warranty matters; business valuation and lost profit disputes; and advice/counsel to non-profit and credit union boards of directors.

Jim Moher has extensive experience in commercial litigation involving contract disputes; business tort actions; motor truck cargo and warehouse losses; and product liability claims. He also advises companies in the waste management industry on a variety of corporate matters and issues concerning loss prevention.

Todd Norris is a West Coast litigator specializing in complex commercial litigation, franchise disputes and intellectual property claims, including trademark, copyright, trade secret, and patent disputes. He has experience writing and responding to cease and desist letters, and works closely with attorneys in his firm who prosecute patent and trademark applications, register copyrights and handle enforcement proceedings, including civil seizures.

Marilyn Raia has more than 30 years of experience litigating and counseling clients regarding transportation, insurance, and commercial matters. Her practice involves subrogation, non-regulatory maritime and transportation matters including cargo loss and damage, personal injury defense, tug and tow, collision, salvage and general average, ocean and inland marine insurance coverage and defense matters, and business litigation.

Larry Ream's business practice includes real estate, banking, workouts, Chapter 11 reorganizations and other debtor and creditor transactions. His practice includes collection, receiverships and foreclosure actions. Larry represents creditor, debtors, trustees and unsecured creditor committees. He has extensive experience in the real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution, retail and maritime industries. Larry has been selected as a Super Lawyer by Washington Law & Politics since 2000.

Beth Skillern presently serves as firm President, General Counsel and has practiced in the area of insurance coverage in the Portland, Oregon, office for over 20 years.

Katherine Somervell helps employers, plan administrators, and insurers comply with their responsibilities under state and federal law. She is able to draw from over 10 years of experience litigating employment and employee benefits claims to provide her clients with creative and proactive solutions designed to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize exposure to litigation or investigation.
