Bullivant Houser Bailey Expands Employment Counseling and Litigation Practice

Bullivant Houser Bailey PC, a West Coast business and complex litigation law firm, is pleased to announce that Timothy Moppin has joined the firm.
"We are delighted that Tim has joined our firm," said firm president, Beth Skillern. "His extensive professional background is an asset to our firm-wide Employment Counseling and Litigation practice."
Moppin joins Bullivant with more than 20 years of experience representing clients across the full range of employment related matters. In particular, he has represented clients before California and Federal agencies during investigations and administrative enforcement proceedings.
In addition to his experience in employment matters, he continues to serve the legal profession through leadership roles in bar associations, as an Adjunct Judge, Early Settlement Program, San Francisco Superior Court and as Director, Wiley Manuel Law Foundation.
Moppin is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, J.D. His undergraduate degree in economics is from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
