Laura Taylor is a Pacific Northwest litigator who specializes in intellectual property and complex business disputes. She has experience helping clients involved in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and other complex business disputes. In addition to representing clients in court, she represents clients before the Trademark Trials and Appeals Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center. She has represented clients across a broad range of industries including music, software, merchandising, electronics, food manufacturing, alternative energy, e-commerce and medical supplies and devices.
