Food and Beverage: Our Hospitality Group provides a broad array of services to our food and beverage clients and routinely provides advice and counsel regarding licensing, local and state regulatory compliance issues, and copyright and intellectual property issues. Bullivant has also established itself nationally as a go-to firm on food-borne illness issues and the resolution and litigation of the same.
Construction, Real Estate Development and Land Use: Attorneys associated with our Hospitality Group have extensive knowledge and experience addressing issues relating to the development and design of new construction and renovation projects including, but not limited to: permitting, land-use issues, drafting of project and leasing documents, risk management and negotiation. The group includes two of the first LEED® accredited attorneys in the United States, enabling us to assist and advise on issues relating to "green" projects and sustainability practices.
