Practice Experience

Evie Winters is a litigation attorney whose practice focuses on a variety of commercial and casualty matters, including professional liability defense, business disputes, products liability defense, and wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. Evie has experience in bench and jury trials, arbitrations and appeals. She has represented clients in state and federal courts in Oregon and Washington, successfully arguing dispositive motions and defending clients at trial.

Prior to joining Bullivant, she served as a Law Clerk to the General Counsel at Lewis & Clark College. She earned her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School where she was the Submissions Editor of the Lewis & Clark Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board. While in law school, Evie clerked with the Oregon Department of Justice in the Criminal Justice Division.

Evie has been recognized as a "Rising Star" in Oregon Super Lawyers and Washington Super Lawyers since 2012.
