Practice Experience

Christine Sargent joins Bullivant's Casualty Law practice representing clients in product liability, toxic tort, and related defense work. In her previous role as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stacie F. Beckerman of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, Christine gained valuable litigation experience in a variety of civil and criminal issues. This experience parallels the work she will do as a member of defense teams for Bullivant's clients.

During law school, Christine worked at a civil litigation firm that focused on long-term disability insurance benefits where she acquired invaluable experience researching various legal issues related to employment law and drafting motions, memoranda, and letters to clients.
